Installation Details
Split Air-Conditioners:
-Drilling holes into a brick wall to take out the pipes (excluding core cutting)
-Fixing a hole sleeve & cap
-Fixing & connecting indoor and outdoor units with copper pipes & installation of drainage pipes using the standard kit provided by the manufacturer
-Installation of separately purchased power plug, MCB & power stabilizer
-Temperature & gas pressure testing
-Demo of the product
Window Air-Conditioners:
-Installing the AC as per the specifications/requirements
-Connection to separately purchased stabilizer/power point in the range of the power cord provided by the manufacturer
-Demo of the product
Note:
Charges are to be paid directly to the Brand/Jeeves authorized technician at the time of installation.
Technician Visit Details
Authorized Service Engineer will do the following:
-Repair or change the defective part
-Provide replacement to the customer in case part or product is not repairable (only after replacement request approved)
Uninstallation Details
For returns, the uninstallation process includes:
- Authorized service engineer visiting the customer's location
- Uninstalling the product
- Packing the item
- Picking up the product

Warranty Summary
5 years warranty from the date of installation, (Inverter or Fixed Speed SACs) of Tonnage up to 2.2 Tr (Offer valid till 31st May 2026). It is applicable only for residential usage and does not apply to commercial or National Accounts customers, 5 Years warranty on PCB, 10 Years on Inverter Compressor
Covered in Warranty
5 Year Warranty (extended warranty-if under offer) covers comprehensively all repairs, rectification, or replacement of Components like Electronic PCB, IDU Evaporating Coil & ODU Condenser Coil. Defective parts shall be replaced with a functionally working repaired or equivalent part.
Not Covered in Warranty
Extended Warranty excludes all types of air filters, all plastic and metal parts, remote handset, and gas charging. Gas charging associated with Compressor / Evaporator coil / Condenser coil needs to be paid by the customer as per applicable rates. However, in such scenario, the visit charges will be deducted from gas charging charges. The 5 Year warranty will not be applicable for installations in areas prone to corrosion. This will be informed at the time of installation and in such cases the Promo warranty Registration letter will not be issued
