This product comes with a 2 Year Replacement Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failure under normal and proper use. In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced with the same or an equivalent product, subject to availability. A valid purchase invoice/order ID is required to claim the warranty.
Not Covered in Warranty
The warranty does not cover physical damage, cracked/broken body, damaged buttons, liquid/water damage, burn marks, battery leakage, or accidental damage. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, unauthorized repair, or tampering is not covered. Batteries are consumable items and are not covered under the warranty. Warranty does not cover issues caused by use with an incompatible AC model or incorrect product selection. Normal cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect the functionality of the remote is not covered. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification of the reported defect. The customer must provide proof of purchase and product details when submitting a warranty claim. The warranty covers the remote control only and does not cover AC repair, technician/service charges, installation charges, or other accessories.
