BharatVolt Electric Kettle comes with a 1-year product warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Warranty is valid for household use only and requires online registration within 15 days at www.thebharatvolt.com or via the QR code on the product.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS • Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing faults only. • Service will be provided through BharatVolt’s authorized service centre. • Proof of warranty registration is mandatory for service requests. • Warranty is limited to repairs/replacement of defective parts; no monetary compensation is offered. • The appliance must not be opened, tampered with, or serviced by unauthorized personnel. • The decision of the company is final on all matters arising out of this warranty. • If the product is repaired/replaced, the warranty will continue for the remaining period of the original term. • Replacement of parts or the entire product will be at the company’s discretion. If the original model is unavailable, an equivalent model will be provided. • Replacement under warranty will not be applicable if the issue is diagnosed as 'no problem found' or if the problem is an intermittent error that cannot be reproduced.

WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, overloading, accidents, or negligence. • Use of non-recommended accessories or parts. • Normal wear and tear, breakable parts (plastic, rubber, cord wire). • Products used for commercial purposes. • Electrical failures from power surges or voltage fluctuations. • Unauthorized repairs or modifications. • Violation of warranty terms, instruction manual guidelines, or use outside product specifications. • Delay or failure in registering the product online.
