Warranty Summary
For the first 12 months, any verified manufacturing defect is eligible for free replacement, provided the returned unit shows no physical damage, man-made damage, dents, cracks, scratches, liquid damage beyond IPX5 rating, short-circuit damage, burnt components, corrosion, tampering, or unauthorized repair. Refunds are not provided under warranty. Replacements are issued only after the defective item is returned and inspected.

The warranty does not cover any form of physical or user-induced damage, including cracks, deformation, liquid or water damage beyond rated protection, corrosion, impact or accidental damage, or breakage caused by mishandling or negligence. It also excludes issues arising from misuse, improper charging, electrical surges, exposure to extreme temperatures, unauthorized modification or repair, or tampering with batch numbers, serial numbers, or warranty labels. Products not registered within 15 days, or those without a valid invoice or proof of purchase, are not eligible for warranty. No refund, replacement, or warranty service will be provided after the 2-year warranty period.
