Specify that Amekra offers a limited warranty to the original domestic purchaser. The warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship; misused, mishandled or burnt units, or products with broken warranty seals, are not eligible for return or replacement.
Not Covered in Warranty
After a warranty claim is approved, Amekra will arrange a free pick‑up and replacement for the first eligible replacement. If the same unit fails again within the warranty period, customers can choose between: (1) fixing the internal issue while keeping the original cabinet (customer pays two‑way shipping), or (2) receiving a replacement with a new cabinet, which incurs 30 % of the original purchase price plus pick‑up and delivery charges. If a replacement model is out of stock, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges
